Job summary

Convoso is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the primary POC post-sale, ensuring discovery, setup, training, and launch support. You will handle client servicing, identify challenges, and provide solutions that drive revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role requires multi-tasking across software, client relationships, and a sense of urgency, with hybrid work options and opportunities for travel to in-person events. Prior call center exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Implementation, Account Management, Customer Success in SaaS or similar.
• Experience managing a high volume of projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience interfacing with customers in the B2C space.
• Ability to identify solutions for customers while upselling products and services.

Responsibilities

• Installation, integration and deployment of Convoso SaaS products in client environments.
• Train customers on how to effectively utilize the dialer software as both administrators and agents.
• Focus on onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction and initial product adoption.
• Communicating product and implementation aspects to clients at appropriate technical/functional levels.
• Anticipating client needs, mapping timelines, and managing expectations during implementation.
