Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR) to generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails. You will qualify prospects by asking about their business strategy and align Docusign’s offerings accordingly.

The role is ~80% phone-based prospecting and reports to the MDR Manager. The position supports hybrid work with in-office and remote elements, requiring access to an office location and a minimum 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent sales related experience
• 1+ year of experience in a client or customer facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in the SaaS industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in core verticals with tailored solutions
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise
• Use CRM to record information and identify opportunities in your territory
• Collaborate with marketing on email and LinkedIn campaigns to boost awareness
