Job summary

Shipwell is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding and technical integration for our logistics platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to tailor ERP/TMS configurations and map integration requirements, supporting customers through the implementation lifecycle.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and primary point of contact during implementation.
Configure integrations and ERP/TMS mappings with internal teams.
Document workflows and best practices; support internal tools and templates.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth customer experience.
