Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead SaaS implementations for ERP, quoting, and production workflows for window coverings customers across the United States. You will own project plans, run weekly calls, coordinate training sessions, and guide customers through go-live activities in a remote environment.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications.
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Understanding technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions.
• History in window treatment/coverings industry or ERP/production software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all implementation tasks, including weekly calls and go-live tasks.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and coordinate training sessions.
• Travel to visit and train customers as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Assist with testing development items and project deliverables; create internal and client documentation.
