Job summary

01 Systems is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant with 5+ years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and integrating applications within a SaaS environment. The role involves installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, customization, and end-user support across SaaS and on-prem environments.

You will travel to customer sites globally and engage with diverse teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in solution support, maintenance, integration and customization.
• Experience with SaaS/On-Prem environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills.
• Travel to customer sites globally.

Responsibilities

• Implement and install solutions on customer test and production environments.
• Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues.
• Respond promptly to customer requests/tickets.
• Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
• Conduct preventive/corrective maintenance visits to customer sites physically or remotely.
• Document customer problems and resolutions.
• Conduct product training onsite and remotely.
