Job summary

BS&A Software seeks an Implementation & Training Specialist to help implement our cloud ERP in local governments and utilities. You will translate client requirements into software configurations and deliver comprehensive training.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with home weekends. You will develop user guidance and work closely with project teams to ensure smooth handoffs to support after go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or tech fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to simplify tech concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of handling stress in complex environments.
• SaaS/Government Tech experience is desirable but not required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%; multi-day trips may be necessary.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, and interpret client business needs and align with project objectives.
• Configure and customize ERP systems per client methods and BS&A practices.
• Document business/technical prerequisites for software design and changes.
• Develop user documentation and guidance for customers.
• Conduct software training for end-users remotely and in-person.
• Provide outstanding customer support throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Developers, and colleagues.
• Coordinate handover of accounts to Customer Support after implementation.
