Job summary

Firstup is seeking a Service Consultant to lead customer implementations, configure the platform, and tailor Firstup for each client’s workflows. You will coordinate activities, manage risks, and ensure customers are prepared for a successful launch. The role combines technical setup with consulting, training, and ongoing service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring multi-project management, strong communication, and deep SaaS experience. Travel up to 25% is required as part of customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS roles handling implementations.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and customer implementations.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple implementations.
• Familiarity with API integration and data privacy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to launch with clear plans.
• Coordinate onboarding, configuration, and integration activities.
• Manage risks, blockers, and timelines across stakeholders.
• Create implementation docs, guides, and training materials.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch transition.
