Job summary

Kaleidoscope Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own client onboarding from kickoff to launch. You’ll guide requirements, configuration, testing, and training, ensuring a smooth hand-off to Customer Success.

This hybrid role is based in Minneapolis, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to tailor solutions, build repeatable processes, and leverage AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; strong project management and client-facing experience.
• Experience owning software implementations from kickoff through go-live is essential.
• Ability to translate client goals into software configurations and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple client implementations from kickoff through launch and hand-off.
• Gather requirements and translate goals into actionable implementation plans.
• Lead workshops, deliver training, and ensure go-live success across modules.
• Perform testing and provide technical support during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for continuous improvement.
