Job summary

Findhelp is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end implementation journey for a portfolio of standard and mid-market launches. You will execute SOPs, leverage technical docs, and ensure rapid on-boarding with high precision and operational consistency.

You will drive scoping, design, and cross-team coordination to deliver Initial Value quickly, while reporting on portfolio health and time-to-value metrics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in implementation, customer success, or project management in a SaaS environment.
• Strong project management execution using standard methodologies.
• Ability to translate workflows into data integration configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle across a diverse portfolio.
• Lead user scoping, workflow validation, and integration design sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as the technical bridge.
• Execute project plans and track milestones with stakeholders.
• Develop 30/60/90-day progress reports for leadership visibility.
• Complete Go-Live Readiness Assessments and Handoff to CS team.
• Share best practices and insights within the implementation team.
