Job summary

DegreeSight, INC is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation phase from kickoff to go-live. You will be responsible for managing technical aspects and working closely with partners to ensure successful launches.

Your role involves leading projects, managing scope and schedule, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and our development team. This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong background in SaaS projects and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading SaaS implementation or technical projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing API or data-driven integrations in SaaS environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the implementation phase.
• Lead kickoffs, technical discovery, and integration planning.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our development team.
