Job summary

Harvard Partners, LLP is seeking an execution-focused SaaS Product Implementation Engineer to manage the technical lifecycle, data integrity, and launch operations for SMB clients. You will drive efficient onboarding, validate data, and troubleshoot integration issues across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, data population updates, deep-dive investigations, AI-assisted data analysis, and rigorous validation workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in implementations, technical operations, data analysis, or technical support role, ideally within SaaS or Fintech.
• Foundational familiarity with structural formatting concepts (flat files, CSV schemas, or API layouts) and data matching dynamics.
• Analytical problem-solving with high precision when inspecting large data files or system records.
• Velocity & execution: can manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication to translate data requirements into instructions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding lifecycle for SMB clients.
• Coordinate data updates and population additions for existing clients.
• Perform exhaustive investigations into complex client integration issues.
• Audit incoming client files against standard mapping rules using AI tools.
• Run strict validation workflows for active accounts undergoing changes.
• Execute structural risk-profiling checks before live activation.
• Identify, isolate, and resolve integration or setup failures with diagnostic toolsets.
• Balance multiple high-volume data-matching tasks and deadlines.
