findhelp is seeking an Implementation Manager in Nashville, TN, to lead the implementation lifecycle and ensure technical precision in onboarding clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in implementation, Customer Success, project management, or technical project management.
• Strong execution skills using project management methodologies and tracking tools.
• Ability to learn and translate standard system workflows into data integration configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales-to-Service handoff and the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead User Scoping, Workflow Validation, and Technical Design sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for complex integrations.
• Execute project plans and track deliverables.
• Develop and maintain progress reports for leadership.
• Complete Go-Live Readiness Assessments prior to launch.
• Share project management best practices within the team.
