Job summary

Belfry seeks an Implementation Manager to guide security guard customers through the first 4-10 weeks, blending project management with customer education to optimize platform usage. You will ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and high satisfaction, working with partners and internal teams to deliver complete implementations.

The role emphasizes change management, training delivery, and proactive workflow improvements across a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an implementation role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management experience; multi-project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Be the first customer advocate and guide new customers through change management during onboarding.
• Own project management of implementations, coordinating with partners and resources to deliver complete implementations.
• Provide training sessions to customers on how to operate within Belfry.
• Drive adoption and product engagement by monitoring customer health and identifying risks.
