Job summary

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Implementations Lead to own end-to-end client onboarding for a globally known enterprise SaaS platform in Birmingham, AL. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive successful go-lives.

You'll coordinate enterprise integrations, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure process adherence and clear communication throughout delivery. PM certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering implementations in enterprise environments.
• End-to-end implementation experience for enterprise clients.
• Experience with SaaS product implementations or enterprise software onboarding.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, ensuring on-schedule delivery within scope.
• Leading the client onboarding process, understanding requirements and setting timelines, deliverables, and support.
• Coordinating technical integrations with client systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
• Serving as the primary contact for clients during implementation and maintaining relationships through delivery.
• Ensuring activities follow established processes, are documented, and lessons are captured for future projects.
