Job summary

Apt is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead a high-visibility, client-facing SaaS deployment for a major enterprise client. You will own the project from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with client stakeholders and vendor teams to ensure the solution meets defined objectives.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into a clear design, and tracking decisions with meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on vendor SaaS implementations.
• Strong attention to detail across complex, custom deployments.
• Able to translate client requirements into designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vendor SaaS implementation from requirements to delivery.
• Document business requirements and translate them into a solution design.
• Coordinate delivery using the client's preferred methodology (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid).
• Log and manage notes and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Communicate risks early and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Foster professional client relationships in a collaborative, business-casual environment.
