Job summary

eShipping LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the Implementations function within the Solutions team. You will oversee onboarding of new and enterprise-level customers, translating sold solutions into clear launch plans and ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires people leadership, hands-on project management, and close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Technology, and Finance to drive scalable onboarding

Qualifications

• Five+ years in logistics, onboarding, implementation, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience coordinating resources and communicating project status.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations and onboard new customers with enterprise scope.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Technology, and Finance.
• Define scope, align resources, and maintain project visibility.
• Build and manage implementation plans and trackers in approved tools.
• Maintain professional customer communication with status updates and logs.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and blockers; escalate with context and next steps.
