Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into working, adopted solutions. You will own hands-on implementation from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff, helping customers realize measurable value from 3E’s products.

This role blends technical implementation with customer engagement and project coordination. You’ll translate scope into practical plans, configure environments, and manage risks while partnering with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in software implementation or onboarding, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate requirements into milestones and deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple projects to deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, security considerations, and integration prerequisites.
• Translate scope into an implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Configure customer environments, incl. users, roles, integrations, and core workflows.
• Provide foundational training and validate the solution with customer contacts.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners as needed.
• Track milestones and identify risks, dependencies, or scope changes early.
• Follow change-control processes for scope expansions.
• Ensure customers meet commitments like data readiness and sign-offs.
• Execute post-onboarding Value Realization Projects (migrations, data remediation, integrations).
• Maintain accurate project records and prioritize work by impact and risk.
