Job summary

inforcer is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to oversee a portfolio of implementations, guide a team of implementation managers, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to client specifications.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and driving enhancements to standard processes to maintain high-quality delivery across client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Implementation/Delivery managers, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Strong people management, coaching, and 1:1s to foster high performance.
• Ability to oversee multiple customer implementations and flag at-risk projects.
• Experience using KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor direct reports, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and monitor workloads for capacity planning.
• Identify and address at-risk implementations; notify managers of issues.
• Review dashboards and ensure timely progress across portfolios.
• Coordinate coverage for virtual classrooms, in-person sessions, and webinars.
• Drive process improvements to raise efficiency and quality across operations.
