The SaaS Product Implementation Engineer will be an execution-focused professional contributor responsible for managing the technical lifecycle, data integrity, and launch operations.

In this role, you will drive streamlined SMB implementations, handle critical population additions for existing clients, and perform rigorous data validation audits to accelerate timelines while ensuring absolute platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in implementations, operations, data analysis, or support in SaaS/Fintech.
• Foundational familiarity with flat files, CSV schemas, API layouts, and data matching.
• Strong analytical problem-solving with high precision handling large datasets.
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication; translate data needs into instructions.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or hands-on equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for SMB clients to enable rapid implementations.
• Coordinate data updates and population additions for existing clients.
• Perform deep-dive investigations into client integration anomalies and root causes.
• Audit incoming client files against mapping rules using AI-assisted analysis to flag issues.
• Run validation workflows for active accounts undergoing changes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Execute risk screening across staged profiles before live activation.
• Identify, isolate, and resolve integration or setup failures during implementation.
• Balance multiple high-volume data-matching tasks while meeting deadlines.
