Job summary

WeSuite is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Support. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding goals and bringing together resources to keep implementations moving smoothly.

You’ll be the client’s main contact, lead weekly meetings, translate workflows into actionable plans, and coordinate across Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, Development, and technical specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementations or similar client-facing tech initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage several priorities and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with follow-up and early problem identification.
• Strong client communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to research, analyze information, document work, automate and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations end to end from kickoff through go-live and handoff.
• Build and maintain clear plans with scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and risks.
• Keep projects moving with regular follow-up and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead weekly client meetings and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate across Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, Development, and technical specialists.
