Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a driven Professional Service Manager for the US to deliver professional services, set up features per client workflows, and migrate data. You’ll collaborate with CS and R&D to improve onboarding and streamline processes for frontline teams across various sites.

You will meet daily with clients, build lasting relationships, and coordinate with integration partners to ensure a smooth, best-in-class implementation experience while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year SaaS experience preferred.
• Native-level English proficiency required.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new things.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to ensure seamless implementations and great customer experiences.
