Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end software implementations and deliver client-ready configurations. You will translate business needs into requirements, configure Irth products, train users, and coordinate testing and go-live support in a hybrid Columbus, OH environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating UAT and obtaining client sign-off.
• Proven client-facing experience in software implementations.
• Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
• Meet with clients after sale to collect information and data for configuration and customization.
• Facilitate business-requirement sessions to understand needs and prioritize features.
• Translate as-is processes to to-be processes within Irth products.
• Coordinate client enhancements with internal product and development teams.
