Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, engaging with clients to translate business needs into system requirements and configurations. You will train client SMEs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure success across multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes independence, problem-solving, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams, with a focus on timely delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in software implementation or delivery roles.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations and configurations of Irth software solutions.
• Gather requirements, analyze as‑is to to‑be processes, and translate into system configurations.
• Train client staff using Train-the-Trainer approach and provide ongoing client support.
• Manage projects with scope, timeline, and budget; monitor risks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
