Intaker, a Los Angeles-based SaaS startup revolutionizing legal client intake, seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end onboarding and customer success. You will partner with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering to tailor deployments, educate customers, and ensure smooth adoption.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and own projects from kickoff to go-live, while contributing to a collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other analytical fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of features.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to understand customer needs for successful product implementation.
• Become an expert in how the product functions and educate customers on features.
