Irth Solutions seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end software implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support. You will translate client processes into configurations, train client teams, and coordinate testing and sign-off while maintaining strong relationships and meeting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from requirements through deployment.
• Coordinate client requirements gathering and configure Irth solutions.
• Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and sign-off.
• Maintain client relationships and clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
