Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a driven Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services to clients, set up Connecteam features based on workflows, and migrate data from legacy tools. You will collaborate with CS and R&D teams to ensure smooth onboarding, optimize customer processes, and save clients time across implementations.

You will work daily with clients, building strong relationships, coordinating with integration partners, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to support seamless implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
