Connecteam is seeking a driven Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services, set up features based on client workflows, and integrate Connecteam with other platforms. You will migrate data and work closely with the CS and R&D teams to streamline processes, onboarding, and time savings for clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of SaaS experience preferred.
• Native-level English proficiency – MUST.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and curious to improve.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
