Connecteam is seeking a motivated Professional Service Manager to deliver services, set up features, and migrate data for clients. You will collaborate with CS and R&D to streamline onboarding, optimize workflows, and save clients time across shifts and operations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in SaaS, native English, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, US-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
• Native-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• You are tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and curious to improve.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
• Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integrations partners to support seamless implementations and troubleshoot issues.
