Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role supports customers throughout their implementations, helping them adopt and derive value from our SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and skilled at configuring solutions and delivering effective customer training. This role is hybrid to our Beloit, WI office with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation or customer-delivery roles.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into workable configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from planning through go-live.
• Define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure systems based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation and customer experience.
