Job summary

Comply365 seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. The role supports customers through implementations, helping them adopt and derive value from our SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, organized, and comfortable translating business needs into configured solutions and effective training. This role is hybrid to our Beloit, WI office with three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementations or customer delivery projects.
• Ability to configure solutions and train customers effectively.
• In-depth communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally roughly one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and define solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation and customer experience.
• Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive outcomes.

About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role will support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt and get value from our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective customer training. This role is hybrid to our Beloit, WI office with the expectation of attending the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption.
• Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Experienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Learning new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Aviation or aerospace experience is an advantage as well as knowledge of the FOX Training Management System.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week per month.
