Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This hybrid role in Orlando requires in-office presence three days weekly and focuses on guiding customers through SaaS implementations, configuring solutions, and delivering training.

The ideal candidate excels in customer-facing communication, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable with international travel—approximately one week per month. Aviation industry familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain complex concepts to customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Aviation or aerospace familiarity is a plus; knowledge of FOX Training Management System is beneficial.
• Open to international travel about one week per month.

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role will support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt and get value from our SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable understanding business needs, configuring solutions, and delivering effective customer training.

This role is hybrid to our Orlando, FL office with the expectation of attending the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.

• Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption.
• Work closely with customers to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the implementation and customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Experienced in SaaS implementation, customer delivery, consulting, training, or a similar customer-facing role.
