Job summary

AlayaCare is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the delivery phase of complex cloud deployments for US-based customers. You will own workstreams, guide configuration, training, and testing to ensure adoption and measurable success.

Your SaaS implementation experience and relationship-building skills are essential for turning new customers into long-term advocates. You will oversee delivery activities, coordinate with Professional Services, manage project plans, and deliver

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience, including 3+ years in SaaS
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with collaboration
• Strong training and facilitation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Mavenlink, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk
• Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery phase of customer implementations and ensure a smooth handoff
• Partner with Professional Services and customers to define plans and mitigations
• Track progress and keep plans current with product updates
• Design and deliver training programs for product adoption
• Support enablement through AlayaCare University and learner questions
• Lead workflow reviews and provide implementation guidance
• Drive adoption and customer satisfaction across Delivery activities
• Share expertise and contribute to team upskilling
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and travel for on-site work
