Job summary

Storable is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across SaaS B2B segments in a fully distributed environment. The role blends hands-on deal work with building a scalable sales process and repeatable methodologies.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, forecast performance, and partner with marketing, product marketing, and leadership to win more customers. This is a remote, results-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription revenue.
• Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales.
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Leadership to coach and mentor a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Collaborate with marketing and product marketing to strengthen lead-gen.
• Lead regular team meetings to review progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Report sales performance to leadership with insights.
