Job summary

Citian, a fast-growing SaaS company based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth across the United States. You’ll qualify inbound leads, generate new prospects, and set the stage for Sales Executives to close deals.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be excited to advance within the company. You’ll travel to trade shows and conferences to build leads, while prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop quality leads with decision-makers.
• Desire to make 75 outbound calls per day and log activity in Salesforce.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, team-based environment.
• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up with inbound leads and proactively generate new prospects.
• Travel to trade shows and conferences to build leads and brand visibility.
• Speak confidently to new prospects and convert them into leads for the Sales Executive team.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and collaborate with team.
