Job summary

Thryv, a long‑standing SaaS company, is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow Thryv's local SMB client base in Iowa. You will build your own pipeline via self‑generated and company‑initiated prospecting, manage a book of business, and perform a majority of your work outside your home office.

You will identify new SaaS clients, execute defined sales processes, and participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience.
• 2+ years in outbound full sales cycle.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Self-generate/prospect to build pipeline and meet sales quota.
• Manage book of business and oversell to existing clients for growth.
• Conduct product demos and coordinate with marketing/tech teams.
