Thryv, a long-standing SaaS provider for small businesses, seeks an Outside Software Account Representative to grow local SaaS client base in Iowa. You will build your book from scratch, prospect beyond your home office, and manage >50% of field activity while meeting quotas.

Required are 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, outbound full-cycle experience, and strong communication. Remote-friendly role with potential to travel within the territory.

Competenze

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required.
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
• Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems.
• The Outside Software Account Representative conducts greater than 50% of their work outside of their home office.
• A valid driver's license and personal transportation are required for this role.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute).

Mansioni

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting and company-initiated programs.
• Execute all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
