Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow its SaaS client base in the Indianapolis area and beyond. You will build your own book of business through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting, with a strong emphasis on field work outside the home office.

The role requires 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, outbound selling, and the ability to work remotely while maintaining a local-market focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) required.
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with EI and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong technical skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Must live within 1-hour commute of posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local market and build your own book.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Self-generate pipelines and leverage company programs.
• Execute defined sales processes and product demos.
• Participate in sales meetings and training.
