Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Portland, ME. The role focuses on expanding penetration within the current client base and growing the SaaS client base through new sales, with over 50% of work outside the home office.

You will present opportunities to existing clients and pursue net-new SaaS clients. The position requires 3+ years in direct sales (SaaS preferred) and the ability to work remotely while commuting within 1 hour of the posting city.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the posting city and work remotely.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase Thryv penetration in the existing client base and grow SaaS usage.
• Call on existing clients to nurture relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company prospecting.
• Execute defined sales processes and participate in meetings and training.
