Job summary

Thryv is seeking a motivated Outside Software Account Representative to expand Thryv’s SaaS footprint with existing clients and win new business. The role involves heavy client engagement, prospecting, and travel, with a focus on delivering growth through strategic sales and product demonstrations.

You will work remotely most of the time, with 50% outside sales and a requirement to live within commuting distance of the posting city.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Knowledge of Thryv product suite or similar SaaS solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management and multi-priority abilities.
• Remote-first work readiness with 50% travel and valid driver’s license.
• Must live within 1 hour of posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration within existing client base and engage SaaS clients.
• Prospect for new SaaS clients and expand usage with current customers.
• Follow defined cadences and processes for engagement and order entry.
• Participate in meetings, drills, and training to improve performance.
• Work outside home office more than 50% of the time.
