Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS client base in the local market. You will build a personal book of business through self-generated and company-prospecting strategies, typically working more than half your time remotely from home.

You’ll hunt for new business, qualify opportunities, and partner with marketing to execute sales strategies. The role emphasizes independence, quota attainment, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, remote-work capable.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build your own pipeline from self-generated and company-initiated prospecting to meet quota.
• Conduct >50% of work outside home office and identify local business owners for Thryv's platform.
• Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Thryv can grow their business.
