Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our local SaaS client base. You’ll build a book of business from scratch, prospecting and expanding existing Thryv clients with a focus on small to mid-sized businesses, driving quotas, and delivering product demos.

This remote-first role requires 3+ years of direct SaaS sales, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years outbound sales (full cycle) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Able to work remotely and self-manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in local business markets.
• Build your own pipeline through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Present product demos and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to execute sales strategy.
