Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex deployment programs in the Southeast. You will manage the full lifecycle from initiation to close, develop master plans, and oversee budgets and schedules to ensure successful delivery of public-safety software projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Microsoft Project/Smartsheets, and a background in project risk and quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong with PMBOK standards and Master Project Plan development.
• Experience with public safety systems or CJIS security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing.
• Develop and implement a Master Project Plan and integrated change control.
• Lead scheduling and cost management to meet milestones and stay within budget.
• Serve as primary POC for customers and cross-functional teams.
