Job summary

Fivetran in Dublin is hiring a Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline generation across Commercial and Enterprise segments. This full-time role is based in our Dublin office with a hybrid model: two to three days in the office each week for in-person collaboration and team connection.

You will partner with Sales Directors to identify and engage target accounts, multi-thread into strategic organizations, and generate qualified pipeline through outreach across phone, email,

Qualifications

• 3+ months to several years in SaaS or tech sales development.
• Ability to learn and articulate cloud/data/AI concepts.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and initiatives.
• Engage data, analytics, engineering, IT, RevOps, and executive stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and messaging quality.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting generation, and pipeline targets.
