Job summary

Fivetran, based in Denver, is expanding its Commercial Business Development organization and seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to join our Denver team. You will oversee the recruitment, performance, and culture of the Commercial BDR team in our Denver office, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to generate pipelines and shape the BDR program as we expand globally.

This full-time role reports to the BDR Director and requires collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership

Qualifications

• 1–2 years managing BDR/SDR teams in SaaS/B2B tech.
• 2+ years in outbound sales development with multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Embrace the Get Stuck In value and balance strategy with hands-on tactics.
• Proven inbound and outbound sales strategy execution.
• Clear, candid communication with all stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new data-integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline BDR team to hit activity and pipeline targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Promote best practices and foster collaboration and development within the team.
• Align with sales and marketing leadership to optimize overall strategies.
• Collaborate with People team on recruiting top talent for the team.
• Coach team through call listening, email inspection, and social selling.
• Contribute to a high-performing, results-oriented culture.
