Marrina Decisions is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in Florida, USA. You will drive lead generation, qualify prospects and nurture inbound inquiries through email, phone, and LinkedIn to fuel a quick sales cycle in a SaaS environment.

You should excel at cold calling, presentations, and relationship-building, with a proven track record and strong communication skills. This full-time role offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development.
• 2+ years of SaaS experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of Northam and EMEA market segments.
• Proven track record in call handling (inbound & outbound).
• Experience with Salesforce.com is required.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
• 2qualify prospects and introduce Sales to engage further.
• Assess opportunities for NB’s products and seed product stories.
• Research market trends and competitors.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Update the CRM system regularly.
• Build relationships with new customers via virtual meetings.
• Maintain a hunter mentality and drive to succeed.
