Pursuit is hiring a Business Development Representative to support growth. This remote Florida role targets early-career sales professionals with 6 months to 1 year of post-grad BDR/SDR experience who thrive in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment and want to build a foundation in consultative B2B sales.

Travel is limited to conferences. You will conduct outbound prospecting, identify accounts, generate 10–12 qualified leads per month, and work toward clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of real-world, post-grad BDR/SDR experience
• Outbound B2B sales experience in a high-activity environment
• Experience generating pipeline via outbound efforts and booking discovery meetings

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and targeted research
• Identify hospitals, behavioral health facilities, school districts, and other institutions that could benefit from services
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
• Generate approximately 10–12 qualified leads and discovery meetings per month
• Build relationships through multi-touch outreach and communicate the value of services
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate handoffs to the Partnership Consultant
• Maintain accurate prospecting activity, notes, and follow‑up while tracking KPIs
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing sales development
