Job summary

StartX is looking for a Customer Training and Adoption Specialist to design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing user adoption and proficiency with their software. This remote position expects frequent travel to customer agencies for in-person training sessions.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in training or customer success roles, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to utilize AI tools in content development. The role requires collaboration with several internal teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer training or related role.
• Strong content writing skills for product knowledge bases.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into digestible content.
