Job summary

Swiftly is seeking a Customer Training and Adoption Specialist to design, deliver, and evolve customer training programs. You will create role-based learning experiences, provide personalized training sessions, and develop scalable resources to support users from pre-sales through implementation to ongoing education.

You will work closely with Implementation Managers, Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and Product Managers to ensure content stays current with evolving Swiftly features and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer training, learning & development, customer success or related role.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into digestible educational content.
• Comfortable using AI tools to create and update training materials at scale.
• Experience conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for technical software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create a dynamic training curriculum and change management program tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver remote and on-site training across the customer journey with SMEs and managers.
• Lead internal enablement sessions for new products and features for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain product education resources including videos and knowledge base articles.
• Design live webinars and workshops to drive feature adoption and best practices.
