Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation or related client-facing roles.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple customer implementations.
• Excellent communication skills with enterprise customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; translate requirements into solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software and emerging technologies.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Interest in AI technologies and familiarity with Claude and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations from discovery to successful adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable software configurations.
• Oversee implementation plans, timelines, priorities and risks.
• Deliver training and advise on platform functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support and other teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery.
