iCIMS is seeking a Manager in Account Services to work closely with customers, master the iRecruiter system, and drive renewal rates. You will communicate effectively, manage multiple accounts, and identify opportunities to add products and services.

The role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and experience in client relations or HR software projects. Some travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user of Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in client relations and HR systems or software project management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and upsell additional products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients to drive renewal rates.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Some travel required.
